3. Explain the procedure–relocate hair follicles from the donor area on the back of the scalp to the bald area/thinning area

• Harvest donor strip
• Cutting grafts under a stereoscope (Show photo of micro-graft, follicular unit, and bi-follicular unit)
• The doctor makes an incision on the recipient area
• Inserting grafts
• Teamwork-one surgeon with 3-4 surgical technicians
• The procedure takes about 3-5 hours depends on the donor size
